Dual Lens is missing or greyed out
Dual-camera recording is supported on iPhone XS and newer. On older devices Twindy automatically runs in Single Lens mode. MultiCam support is shown in Settings → Device Recording Info.
Can I remove the watermark?
Yes. Upgrade to PRO (monthly or one-time) from Settings → Unlock PRO. PRO also unlocks 4K, 60 fps and separate-track export.
I purchased PRO on another device
Open Settings → Restore Purchases. Make sure you are signed into the same Apple ID you used at the time of purchase.
Refunds
Refunds are handled by Apple. You can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Delete my account
Twindy does not store server-side accounts. To “delete your data” it is enough to uninstall the app and remove any exported recordings from your Photos.
