Terms of Use
Last updated: 2026-04-19
By installing or using Twindy (“the app”), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
1. License
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the app on devices that you own or control, in accordance with Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement (EULA).
2. Subscriptions and one-time purchases
Twindy offers a monthly subscription and a lifetime one-time purchase that unlock PRO features (no watermark, 4K, 60 fps, separate-track export, and other features we may add). Prices are shown in the app before purchase.
Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in iOS Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions. Payment is charged to your Apple ID.
Refunds are handled by Apple per their policies: support.apple.com/HT204084.
3. Your content
You own everything you record. We do not upload, host, or claim any rights in your recordings. You are responsible for complying with the laws of your jurisdiction when recording, including consent requirements for people appearing on camera.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use the app to record, store or share content that is unlawful, harassing, or infringes anyone’s rights.
5. Disclaimer
The app is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, compatibility with every device model, or perfect accuracy of every feature.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the app.
7. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the revised terms.
